Extremely glad we chose this place for our golf cart rental!!!

They dropped off the cart where we needed it, and is picking it up where we dropped it.
When we ran into an issue with one of the seatbelts, they immediately gave us another cart to swap out.

I can't begin to tell you how accommodating Paradise golf cart rentals was! Their crew is absolutely amazing!! Their golf carts are the top of the line denago golf carts! We actually have one at home in tamp not only did they drop off and pick up but it was so amazing and easy ! We highly recommend Paradise rentals! Coming back next week and will not look anywhere else after I receive such five star service from paradise!

THIS THE ONE. First, $20-$40 cheaper than all the others I contacted. Second, electric state of the art car play gps system & bluetooth with amazing sound quality coming out speakers. Comfortable seats and rims. Lastly, they drop off and pick up AT YOUR LOCATION! Order online, upload insurance/license, and pay! Lowest price, highest quality, & easiest pick up/return process. BEST IN KEY WEST!

Great experience all around. Super easy to reserve a golf cart. The team was very easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. They drop off and pick up the golf cart which is very convenient. Brady was the employee who delivered our cart to us and was very kind and explained everything clearly and answered all the questions we had. He even gave us some great recommendations on spots to check out! The golf cart was delivered clean and fully charged. It also had speakers so you could connect to your phone so you can play music and the cart was very easy to drive. At the end of our reservation we ended up wanting to extend our rental and they made it very easy to do. I 10/10 recommend!

They have, in my opinion, the best golf carts in Key West. The newer sportier style golf cart was something to experience and little did we know that they came with a few extra features. Typically you get disappointed from expectations, but this exceeded what we expected from a golf cart. Is it even a golf cart...?

My husband & I took a short trip down to Key West for our anniversary. We are beyond grateful that we rented through Paradise Rentals! They delivered the cart to our resort within 20 minutes of securing the rental. The driver’s & owner are extremely nice people; Customer service & reliability is 10/10.

The golf carts are very clean, comfortable and completely loaded with everything. If your cart battery dies or gets low, they will deliver a new one to you. We ended up extending our contract an extra day once we realized how much more convenient it was to drive around the island VS using a normal vehicle the whole time. We will absolutely be using this company every single time we come back. Thank you for making our vacation even more special!

We had an outstanding experience with Paradise Rentals KW renting a golf cart during our trip to Key West. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Pickup was quick and organized, and the staff took the time to thoroughly explain how to operate the cart and go over all the details so there was zero confusion once we hit the road.
The drop-off process was just as easy and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. The golf cart itself was clean, reliable, and a perfect way to get around Key West. Throughout the day, several people actually stopped and asked us where we rented it because the cart looked so nice.
Excellent customer service, great communication, and an all-around professional operation. We would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Key West.

Excellent operation very easy to schedule rental they drop off at house and was even able to drop back off at airport. Very accommodating allowed us to drop a little late due to flight delay. New equipment top of line electric carts with apple car play. Use this place for stress free rental experience.

Paradise Golf Cart Rentals was an excellent find. I called many of the golf cart rentals in Key West. Left messages for call backs, went online for discounted rates, and spoked to some of them. I did my homework! Paradise answered the phone on the second ring and I asked if they could offer any additional discounts. I was thoroughly pleased that Paradise beat every price I had received. PLUS they delivered a 6 person, electric golf cart along with the charging cable and extension cord and was in excellent shape. There was a concern about one of the 6 seat belts and they sent someone to the place we are staying immediately to look at it. They changed the seat belt completely out and installing a new one, taking no chances of a possible failure. They even picked up the cart at the end of our 4 day rental. Outstanding customer service with friendly and courteous staff. I highly recommend this great company for golf cart rentals.

Called this place on January 3rd I believe. Spoke with JOEY! My family and I were in need of two 4 passenger carts. Joey told us how much the price would be. I agreed in the price. It was more than fair, but I told him I need to confirm with my cousins since they will be splitting the cost and I will call him back in two minutes. He said OK. I called him back in less than five phone rang over 10 times went to voicemail. I called back phone rang six or seven times went to voicemail. I waited a few Tried calling again and it went straight to voicemail as if my number was blocked. I left a voicemail and never heard back from you or him very unprofessional. Next time back in the keys, I will rather walk and then speak with Joey or this company again

Pickup and drop-off were smooth as room temp butter and the golf cart rode like bowser on rainbow road! The speakers were awesome as well, Telephone by Lady Gaga was fire.

Having decided to do a one-day golf cart rental on Key West, we researched what was available and selected Paradise Rentals Key West. Rather than gas, we wanted electric and theirs had a long battery life, not to mention it's quiet versus gas. We felt comfortable and safe in the 4-seater golf cart and our two mini dachshunds fit between us in the front seat. The morning's drop-off (with full explanation) and afternoon pick-up were timely. Highly recommend and would rent from Paradise Rentals Key West again!

This is the best golf cart rental company, especially if you’re visiting Key West on a cruise! They delivered the cart right to the port, and drop-off was just as easy. We had some older adults with us who can’t walk long distances, so having the cart made a huge difference. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The customer service alone, I worth renting from the company. Anytime we needed to trade our cart due to low battery, they were quick to come and replace. Note: our condo didn’t have a charger like many places do.
Having the cart at airport for pick up and drop off is excellent.

Fantastic service! I will recommend paradise rentals for anyone visiting key west. Phenomenal customer service. Great prices on the rentals and it is top of it's class of carts on the Island. 5/5 is to low of a grade and should be a 10/10! We will definitely be back to rent from them again.
