Excellent service. Above and beyond the call of duty as we weren't able to charge our golf cart on site, so Paradise solved this dilemma simply. No stress.

Called this place on January 3rd I believe. Spoke with JOEY! My family and I were in need of two 4 passenger carts. Joey told us how much the price would be. I agreed in the price. It was more than fair, but I told him I need to confirm with my cousins since they will be splitting the cost and I will call him back in two minutes. He said OK. I called him back in less than five phone rang over 10 times went to voicemail. I called back phone rang six or seven times went to voicemail. I waited a few Tried calling again and it went straight to voicemail as if my number was blocked. I left a voicemail and never heard back from you or him very unprofessional. Next time back in the keys, I will rather walk and then speak with Joey or this company again

Easy Peazy, no BS. Attached a couple snapshots of license and insurance, met guy with cart, returned cart at the end of the day. Did not try to push insurance or other charges. Great people to work with.

Great golf cart experience!

Pickup and drop-off were smooth as room temp butter and the golf cart rode like bowser on rainbow road! The speakers were awesome as well, Telephone by Lady Gaga was fire.

Having decided to do a one-day golf cart rental on Key West, we researched what was available and selected Paradise Rentals Key West. Rather than gas, we wanted electric and theirs had a long battery life, not to mention it's quiet versus gas. We felt comfortable and safe in the 4-seater golf cart and our two mini dachshunds fit between us in the front seat. The morning's drop-off (with full explanation) and afternoon pick-up were timely. Highly recommend and would rent from Paradise Rentals Key West again!

Fantastic service and essentially brand new golf cart. Lynn, who dropped of our golf cart, was fun and super nice. They dropped off directly at our hotel and picked up. Driving the golf cart was so much fun!

This is the best golf cart rental company, especially if you’re visiting Key West on a cruise! They delivered the cart right to the port, and drop-off was just as easy. We had some older adults with us who can’t walk long distances, so having the cart made a huge difference. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Thanks for making our time in Key West so enjoyable!

The customer service alone, I worth renting from the company. Anytime we needed to trade our cart due to low battery, they were quick to come and replace. Note: our condo didn’t have a charger like many places do.
Having the cart at airport for pick up and drop off is excellent.

This was a great aspect to have for our time in Key West. They dropped off and picked up at our condo and was great to work with. Reasonable prices and fun to get around and see the island without the issues of parking a vehicle or uber!! We will use again when we return.

We contacted them last minute and they were so helpful in getting a golf cart to us within the next 30 minutes. Prices were very reasonable and the customer service is excellent!! The people are great. They were at the dock when we arrived on the ferry. Helped with cords for charging, especially when rocking out on bluetooth radio! Beautiful sights abound with help from a golf cart!

Fantastic service! I will recommend paradise rentals for anyone visiting key west. Phenomenal customer service. Great prices on the rentals and it is top of it's class of carts on the Island. 5/5 is to low of a grade and should be a 10/10! We will definitely be back to rent from them again.
